The marketplace. thespin.ad runs an open auction for a single sponsored status line shown during AI coding-agent wait states. The highest bid per 1,000 impressions serves first. The minimum bid is $1.00 per block.

Revenue split & payouts. 50% of every dollar of ad revenue settles to the developer whose editor rendered the ad. Earnings accrue to a balance, are held for 7 days, and are paid out weekly via Stripe Connect once your available balance reaches $25.00. You must complete Stripe onboarding to be paid.

Ad content & review. Ads must be lawful and non-deceptive. New bids are screened automatically; flagged bids are held for human review before they serve, and we may reject or remove any campaign at our discretion.

Refunds. Unspent budget can be refunded on request, subject to review. Impressions and clicks already served are non-refundable. If a charge is disputed or reversed, we may reclaim the corresponding revenue share from the developer who earned it (including against future earnings).

Invalid traffic. Artificially inflating impressions or clicks (bots, scripts, self-clicking) is prohibited. We may quarantine earnings, withhold payouts, and suspend accounts for traffic we judge to be invalid.

Viewer privacy. Advertisers receive aggregate and anonymized analytics only. We do not sell or expose the identity of developers who view ads.
