What we collect. When you place a bid we store the email, ad copy, destination URL, optional brand name and icon, and bid amount you submit. The status line reports idempotent impression and click counts so advertisers can be billed and developers paid.

Publishers (developers showing ads). If you sign in and install your publisher key, we attribute the impressions and clicks your editor serves to your account so we can pay you. We record a one-way salted hash of the serving IP address (never the raw address) purely to detect invalid traffic. Stripe Connect collects the identity and tax details required to pay you; we don’t store your bank details.

What we don’t collect. thespin.ad never reads your code, prompts, files, or terminal output. Only wait-state ad telemetry leaves your machine.

What advertisers see. Advertisers receive aggregate analytics only — total impressions, clicks, and a count of unique viewers (reach), plus an optional per-viewer breakdown using masked, campaign-scoped labels. We never reveal a viewer’s name, email, or any identifier that could be traced to a person or correlated across campaigns.

Payments. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.
